⛔️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️
Effective immediately, stricter requirements will apply to all South Korea Group eVisa applications.
This follows a recent incident involving passengers who entered South Korea under a Group eVisa but failed to return as scheduled. Such incidents may result in serious penalties and liabilities for the agency and may affect the future availability of the Group eVisa program.
NEW MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
1. Notarized Waiver & Undertaking
All passengers must sign and submit a notarized waiver confirming their responsibility to follow South Korea’s visa and immigration rules.
2. 10 Emergency/Reference Contacts
Each passenger must provide 10 contact persons with complete contact details and home addresses for verification purposes.
3. Strict Document Verification
All submitted information and documents must be complete, accurate, and verifiable.
⚠️ Incomplete applications will NOT be processed.
These requirements are necessary to protect the agency, our partners, and legitimate travelers from penalties and possible restrictions on future Group eVisa applications.
Effective immediately: NO COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS, NO GROUP eVISA PROCESSING.
