Her passion turned plans into realities — from festivals and heritage showcases to countless initiatives that highlighted the best of Misamis Oriental’s wonders and warm-hearted people.
Ma’am Maryden led with purpose and compassion, always putting Misamisnons at the heart of every tourism campaign, ensuring that every program not only promoted destinations but uplifted livelihoods and strengthened local pride. Her vision reminded us that tourism is not just about places — it’s about people, stories, and shared dreams.
As she returns to her calling in nurturing and empowering the province’s youngest learners, we know that her dedication, kindness, and brilliance will continue to shape a brighter future for Misamis Oriental’s children — our hope and pride.
