A letter from AIR ASIA

Dear Valued Guest,

Following the latest directive from the local government of Davao City, guests bound for Davao (DVO) are required to present a negative RT-PCR test result upon arrival at the Davao International Airport.

Only results of tests conducted within 24 to 72 hours from the departure date will be accepted.

Guests who have no RT-PCR test result to present upon arrival in DVO will be made to undergo testing at the Davao International Airport. The local government has advised that only guests with a negative test result will be allowed to exit the airport.

Furthermore Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) are required to present the following documents:

a) Company I.D. and Certificate of Employment OR Acknowledgment of Principal for labor/service;

b) Company Travel Order;

c) Medical Certificate Clearance;

d) Accommodation confirmation (for guests staying more than a day); and

e) Round Trip Ticket

Non-APOR (Those not listed under section 1-AK) are required to present the following documents :

a) Travel Authority (JTF COVID SHIELD);

b) Travel Confirmation from the davao City Government (Registration must be submitted at least 5 days prior to date of travel);

c) I.D. used for above registration; and

d) Confirmed hotel/accommodation stay

All guests bound for DVO are required to fill out a Health Declaration Form which shall be presented upon arrival at the Francisco Bangoy International Airport.

Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF), and APOR (staying for more than 14 days) are required to undergo a 14-day home/hotel quarantine upon arrival.
