Renovated beachfront one bedroom apartment with an amazing view!

It is located on the third floor of a 3-story condominium with a private balcony providing an amazing view of the beach and pools of Canyon Cove hotel. Only around 30 steps to get to floor of the apartment (no elevators).

The apartment is a 85 sqm space with one bedroom, a living area, 1 bathroom, and kitchen/dinning area.

It will sleep 6 people comfortably: Air-conditioned bedroom and air-conditioned living area. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 1 bunk bed. The living area has 2 day beds and floor mattresses. All beds will have clean sheets, flat sheet blankets and pillow/pillow cases.

The dining/kitchen area an 6-seater dining table (4 chairs and a bench), 2 gas stove burners, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There are basic cooking utensils, basic pots and pans and dinnerware (eating utensils, plates and cups).

The bathroom has hot water shower. Please bring your own bath/beach towels and personal toiletries.

The balcony has outdoor table and chairs.

The apartment is for the sole use of guests - those whose names are listed in the Authorization Form. The apartment pool and beach is shared free of charge. Two vehicles maximum (2 parking spaces) for this listing.

The amenities of the near by Canyon Cove Hotel like their pool, facilities, restaurants etc. are subject to hotel's policy, chargeable additional day-tour rates, and availability.
