(Ang legit travel agent ay naka public po talaga usually ang account nyan dahil nag nenegosyo siya. Para lahat makakita sa kung ano ang binibenta nya). ✅️
Kapag may mga restrictions sa account nya, mag duda ka na.✅️
✈ kailan ginawa ang account nya. ✅️
(Kapag bago lang ang account nya ginawa, possible na dummy account yan).
✈ Transparent ba ang mga transactions nya
( Tingnan nyo kung ang pangalan nya sa Profile nya ay katulad din sa pangalan dun sa mga successful transactions nya, Kapag hindi at ibang pangalan ang nandun, Mag duda ka na.)
✈ Check nyo din ang activities ng Profile or Page.
( Yung mga postings nya, lagi bang updated at may recent post sya.
Ang legit travel agent at active travel agent ay araw2 may postings yan sa Profile nya at sa Page.
Either sa Personal post or Business post.✅️
Kapag, minimal lang ang postings nya,
like a month ago pa, possibleng dummy account yan.)✅️
✈ Check mo kung kapani-paniwala ba yung mga pictures nya at may mukha sya sa mga featured photos.
(Kung puro lang pictures ng Airlines, Logo at mga avatar pictures, mag duda kana.
Ang legit travel agent ay meron talaga yang post or uploaded na mukha nya sa profile nya.
Ito ay para makilala ng mga tao na totoong tao ang kausap mo at hindi Scammer.

Maging mapanuri kayo mga ma'am at Sir para hindi kayo ma scam.
Huwag basta basta nag titiwala porket maganda ang offer nya.

Starting Monday May 29, 2023 ADB or (Average Daily Balance) is required for Japan Tourist Visa.
If No ADB and ITR , applicant should provide Bank Statement for the previous 3 months.

*Income Tax Return Certificate/ Type of applicant
•ITR 2316 for EMPLOYED
must be signed by the employer and employee

•ITR 1701 for PROFESSIONAL, CONSULTANTS, SELF-EMPLOYED, SMEs, and the like
1. must have receipt stamp of the tax collector/BIR
2. receipt of payment if there’s no BIR stamp 3. email confirmation if payment is done online to signify that BIR received their payment

•NON-TAXPAYERS
HOUSEWIFE, RETIRED, UNEMPLOYED
1. if the Average Daily Balance (ADB) is not stated in the Bank Certificate, they must submit Bank Statement, at least the latest 3 months and explanation letter.
