🛫 Ano ang Gagawin Kung Mawala ang Boarding Pass
1. Stay Calm & Retrace Your Steps
• Balikan ang check-in counter, security tray, o boarding gate kung saan huling ginamit.
• Madalas nahuhulog lang o naiiwan sa upuan / tray.

2. Gumamit ng Digital Copy
• Karamihan ng airlines may mobile app o email confirmation na may e-boarding pass.
• Tip: Laging mag-screenshot o i-save offline para kahit walang internet, may kopya ka.

3. Pumunta sa Check-in Counter o Customer Service Desk
• Sabihin na nawala ang boarding pass.
• Ibigay ang valid ID at flight details para i-verify ka nila.
• Magpi-print sila ng bagong copy.

4. Lapitan ang Gate Agent
• Kung nasa boarding gate ka na, sabihin agad sa staff.
• May access sila para mag-reprint ng boarding pass on the spot.

5. Prevention Tips ✨
• Magdala ng 2 copies ng boarding pass (kung nag-print online, extra copy agad).
• Gumamit ng boarding pass holder o iipit sa passport holder para sabay silang bitbit.
• Huwag ilagay sa bulsa ng pantalon o jacket — madaling mahulog lalo na kapag nagmamadali.
• I-save sa cloud storage/email para may backup kahit mawala ang phone.
