The New Zealand government is allowing entry of New Zealand citizens, permanent residents or critical workers beginning November 5, 2020, given the launch of the Managed Isolation Allocation System (MIAS). This system will ensure that passengers are properly allocated space in the government's managed isolation facility.

Travelers are legally required to register at https://allocation.miq.govt.nz/portal/ and complete the necessary steps to be able to book a flight to New Zealand.

FLIGHT CANCELLED ? WHY ? TILL WHEN? WHAT WILL HAPPEN ? WHERE IS MY MONEY ?

FYI lang po. Ilan lang po sa mga katanungan ng mga pasahero about flight cancellation....

✈ Sa sitwasyon po natin ngayon na may PANDEMIC anytime pede po makancel ang flight lalo na ang international flight.
✈Kahit nga walang PANDEMIC may mga nakakancel pa ring flights.
✈Ang airline po ang nagka cancel ng mga flights di po si TRAVEL AGENT.
✈Kung naibook man po ng agent yan po ay base sa availabilty na nag aapir sa portal at si airline po ang nagbibigay ng confirmation.
✈ If flight cancelled si airline po ang nag iinform sa Travel agent at irerelay nman po sa client/passenger.
✈The airline will offer rebooking, refund and sometimes travel voucher.
✈If refund that will takes time, si Travel Agent ang makikipag transact for the refund.
✈Di agad agad mairerefund ni Travel Agent dahil nabili na ang ticket na nakansela. At may mga proseso po at protocols ang pag refund.
✈Sa refund amount nman hwag asahan na same amount lalo sa international flight nakabase po sila sa exchange rate (dollars).
✈Kung Trusted Agent ang nakuha mo maswerte ka di ka maghahahol sa kawalan at may babalik syo. Dahil sa sitwasyon ngayon maraming naglalahong agent at travel agency na nagsasara.
✈Lawakan ang pang unawa dahil di lang ikaw ang nakakaranas ng ganitong sitwasyon.
✈Lahat ng problema ay may solusyon kaya si Airline ay may offer once the flight is cancel.
