A TSR supports management ensuring sales quotas are met or better yet, exceeded. The TSR position is often a transitory position that allows the company to test if employees have leadership potential.

Responsibilities:
· Deliver Agreed Sales Targets. TSR’s primary role will be to ensure the delivery of agreed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
· To create pipelines of Hot Prospects, at least 2 per day that is converted to sale.
· Accomplish required dialed numbers per day.
· Prepare and fill out the booking / subsidy forms correctly.
· Must know the pitch verbatim
· Keep Informed of New Products and Services. TSR must continue to develop knowledge of the products and services that are being offered to meet sales

Job Requirements:
· Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree Holder
· A minimum of 2years solid experience in Outbound Telesales
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Exceptional communication skills
· Must be willing to work ON SITE
