T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S :
● GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: 50% of the total fee is required to secure your slot that is non refundable.
● BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: Cannot hold or keep your slot. We require a guaranteed deposit.
● FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled FORTY FIVE (45) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving your Invoice.
● TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
● DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
● CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit
and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
● CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVELFUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings with us.
● IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on
individual circumstances.
● FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.
● DOCUMENTS AVAILABILITY: Expect late receiving of your travel documents. Least is 12hrs prior to your flight departure and earliest is 5 days prior drparture. Please do not join a group tour if you are in a hurry with your travel documents.
