The Department of Tourism Region V stages the fourth leg of SIRAM Pagkaon Bikolnon: Flavorful Foods of Bicol, featuring the culinary heritage of Camarines Sur. This phase will officially begin with a Food Mapping Workshop on June 18–20, 2026, at the Summit Hotel, Naga City.
More than just documenting recipes, this workshop aims to capture the heartfelt stories and generations of love cooked into every local dish, ensuring the comforting taste of a Camarines Sur home reaches the hearts of many.
