𝐒𝐄𝐀 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐋 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 # 𝟏𝟖

In reference to DOST-PAGASA Weather Forecast, 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐨. 𝟐𝟎 for 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐧 (𝐓𝐘) “𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐎” issued at 𝟎𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌, 𝟎𝟓 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 the center of the eye of Typhoon TINO estimated based on all available data including those from Busuanga Doppler Weather Radar over the coastal waters of Linapacan, Palawan (11.2 °N, 119.7 °E ), this Station is 𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐕𝐎𝐘𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐒 of vessels and watercrafts plying the routes within the AOR of CGS Southern Quezon to 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 as a precautionary measure due to hoisting of:
• 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐥 (𝐓𝐂𝐖𝐒) 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏: the western portion of Romblon (Santa Fe, Santa Maria, Concepcion, Looc, Alcantara, Odiongan, San Jose, Ferrol, San Andres, Calatrava, Corcuera, San Agustin).
For Typhoon (TY) “TINO” and the possible effects of the inclement weather in accordance with 𝐇𝐏𝐂𝐆 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝟎𝟐-𝟐𝟑 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐝 “𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫” 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑.. Furthermore, vessels and watercrafts are allowed to take shelter and shall depart without passengers and/or cargo onboard.
Moreover, voyage may be allowed in the Main Supply Routes and Special Areas under the conditions set forth by the NHQ-PCG MC 02-23, as verified by this Station.
All vessels are reminded to take precautionary measure and be extra vigilant in monitoring the movement of typhoon if deemed to be affected by said weather disturbance. Voyage of vessels/ watercrafts will resume until further notice and upon improvement of weather and sea condition.
