If you know Mara and I well enough, you probably know how much care and love we give to building a home. Every piece of furniture, every type of tile, every color shade, every detail comes from a place that’s deeply personal. But what makes it even more special are all the smiles, the laughter and all the beautiful moments that take place from sharing this home with family, friends and the hundreds of guests we never even met who cherish it just as much as we do.

But as long as the world keeps on turning, we too must keep on moving, exploring, growing, creating new Nests, and sadly, having to say farewell to this one. We have decided to sell our Sangley Nest in Subic Bay, and we hope whoever takes our place will love and care for it as their new home.

Though the property occupies half of a 2-level US Navy-built duplex house, there is plenty of space that can sleep up to 14 people. The Sangley Nest is actually 3 apartments in one property, along with outdoor bathtubs, pet-friendly areas, 4 bathrooms which are some the more popular listings on l
AirBnB in the area. If you wish to continue using them as short-term rentals, do let us know and we will be more than happy to manage them for you.
