Typhoon Inday continues moving northwestward over the Philippine Sea while gradually weakening, but it remains a significant threat to Extreme Northern Luzon. Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 remains in effect for parts of Batanes and northern Cagayan, while the enhanced Habagat (Southwest Monsoon) continues to bring heavy rainfall that could trigger flooding and landslides across western and northern portions of the country. Rough to very rough seas remain hazardous for small vessels.
