Taiwan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Lin Chia-lung has announced the extension of the visa-free entry program for Filipino passport holders until 2026.

The minister made the announcement in his remarks at the Philippine Independence Day reception hosted by the Manila Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei.

The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines on Friday night, June 13, 2025, said the Taiwan MOFA will also issue an official announcement on Monday, June 16. | via PNA
