The Anflo Group of Companies, deeply mourns the passing of our Chair Emerita, Doña Nenita R. Floirendo. She was 98.

A matriarch not only to the Floirendo family but also to the wider community, Doña Nenita lived a life of compassion and quiet strength. She played a significant role in shaping our group’s culture, grounded in malasakit, unity, and a deep sense of social responsibility.

Her legacy is evident in the Anflo Group of Companies that she built alongside our late patriarch, Don Antonio O. Floirendo, Sr., the lives they uplifted, and the vision they helped nurture. We remain committed to honoring her memory by upholding the values she championed and continuing the work she so passionately guided.

As we remember her extraordinary life, we extend our deepest sympathies to the Floirendo family and all who share in this sorrow.

We ask for your prayers for the eternal repose of her soul.

Naturetainment Park will be closed from May 22 to 25 for a private event. Park operations shall resume on May 26.

Big smiles and happy faces yesterday when we inaugurated the Ameria Playground and Outdoor Fitness Park for our homeowners and buyers.

Part of Ameria's amenities include the Clubhouse with swimming pool, Playground, Outdoor Fitness Park and several Community Farms spread out throughout the development. Ensuring that each homeowner has easy access to these parks and playground.

The team had fun trying out the playground and fitness park which will soon be enjoyed by Ameria residents. But of course, an inspection of the progress at one of our house construction sites at Ameria and land development progress at Agriya Gardens finishes off our day.

Even with weather not on our side the past few weeks, development moves along as we adjust and catch up on activities during good-weather days.
