TODAY’s GMRC | Choose Humility
The proud often seek attention, recognition, and praise. But the humble do not need to announce themselves. They simply do what is good, serve quietly, and allow their lives to speak for them.
Jesus reminds us: “Whoever exalts himself will be humbled; but whoever humbles himself will be exalted” (Matthew 23:12).
We do not become greater by constantly trying to be noticed. In the eyes of God, true greatness is found in humility.
The proud seek attention, yet it is often the humble who receive praise.
Do not live to impress people. Live to please God.
