🍂 Guidelines:
- Downpayment is nun-refundable.
- We do require 50% downpayment, pencil booking is for 24 hrs(peak season)/48hrs (off season). After you settle the downpayment, reservation is confirmed.
- We will send the Account details once you made a pencil booking (BDO/BPI only) Beware of scams.
- Do send us a photo/screenshot of your deposit once done.
- We will send you all the details once confirmed (contact # of caretakers, exact address/map)
- Incase of change of plans, Reschedule of your reservation is possible depending on the available dates.
- Early Check-in/Late Check-in is flexible.
- Booking time is only adjustable during reservation time. The agreed time should be followed.
- When you arrived late, we need to follow your reservation schedule because we also have guest when you checked out.
