PUBLIC SERVICE ADVISORY

Due to Tropical Storm Opong (‘Bualoi’), select flights to and from Manila on 25 & 26 September 2025 have been cancelled for the safety of our guests and crew.

AirAsia Philippines has directly notified all affected guests via email and SMS on their flight status and may avail of service recovery options below:

a) Move Flight: One-time free date change within 30 days of your original departure, on the same route within the AirAsia network, at no extra charge and subject to seat availability; OR
b) Credit Account: Valid for 730 days from the date of issuance to your AirAsia member account; OR
c) Full Refund: To be issued to the original form of payment.

As this is a developing situation, guests travelling to or from the affected destinations are advised to stay updated via the AirAsia MOVE app (airasia.com/flightstatus), airasia newsroom (https://newsroom.airasia.com/stories/2025/9/25/airasia-philippines-flights-impacted-by-tropical-storm-opong-bualoi .tab=0), the AskBo chatbot and their registered email and sms for the latest information.
