The Manila Slot Coordinating Committee (MSCC), composed of the DOTr, Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB), and NAIA operator New NAIA Infrastructure Corp.
