Cancellation and Refund

1. All bookings made are strictly Non-Refundable once confirmed.
2. Full payment must be made before the travel date.
3. Cancellation of the reservation for any cause not attributed to the Travel Agency shall cause the forfeiture of the deposit made by client.

1. Reservation are subject to availability for JOINERS who did not avail the exclusive tour.
2. Travel dates are subject to change due to weather conditions.
3. Pets are not allowed
4. Only 1 light baggage allowed per guest, trolleys are not allowed for a comfortable travel.
5. 5 years old below are free of charge. Beyond 5 years old are considered adult. Only 1 child per group will be counsidered free..
