The ideal candidate should specialize in AC cleaning, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work. This position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate guest check-ins and other maintenance needs.

*Responsibilities:*
- Perform routine AC cleaning and maintenance
- Handle plumbing repairs and installations as needed
- Conduct painting tasks to maintain property appearance
- Execute carpentry work for repairs and improvements
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and property managers
