Here are some good books to read while on your 20's 💯🔥🔥
✅The Simple Path To Wealth:
JL Collins wrote this book for his daughter who wasn’t interested in personal finance & since publication it has become a favorite in the personal finance world. When people ask to pick one book on personal finance they should read I usually suggest this one.
✅The Millionaire Next Door:
a testament to how most can achieve wealth if they live far below their means & invest the surplus.
😍Rich Dad Poor Dad:
written as a parable that teaches the difference between assets & liabilities. The lessons are crucial for beginners to understand opportunities outside their W2 income.
(This one's my favorite)
✨Set For Life:
The author, Scott Trench, leans towards people just starting their careers but great lessons for everyone. After high school I will lock my kids in a room & not allow them out until they finished reading this book. It’s that good.
🔥The Little Book on Common Sense Investing:
If you’ve ever invested in index funds you can thank Jack Bogle. Bogle makes it blatantly obvious why index funds are the obvious choice & how active management & picking winners doesn’t work.
🔥Retire Before Mom & Dad;
Berger dispels the mystery of personal finance and shows us real data on how we can turn around our financial trajectory by saving more.
💯The Index Card:
This was one of my first personal finance books and it still stuck with me. Based on everything we need to know about personal finance can fit on an index card.
🔥The Book on Rental Property Investing:
OK I know most people are only interested in investing in the stock market but if you ever wanted to know how to invest in rentals this book is a must.
Have you read one of these?
Start now and make a difference in your life 😊💯
