The Bangtan Ajumma group have partnered with Autism Society Phils. in spearheading this donation drive for persons within the ASD and we are hoping for your kind support.
The Autism Society Philippines (ASP) is a non- profit organization dedicated to the well-being of persons on the autism spectrum disorder. Together with ASP, we envision a society where Filipinos on the spectrum become the best of their potentials: self-reliant, independent, productive, and socially accepted citizens of an Autism - OK Philippines.
ASP in involved in several programs and one is Education. They have a home- based interactions for below income households who cannot afford to pay for therapists and have free therapy sessions for 10 weekends. Another program is the Early detection and Intervention . They train the BHWs and Day Care Workers to spot and recognize early signs of ASD . We’ve decided to streamline our donation to these 2 programs.
We are planning for an event as well with the kids with ASD upon turnover, looking forward for your participation in this meaningful event.
The sunflower represents hope hence ASP’s preferred representation. 🌻
Together with Yoongi, let us all be part of the village that nurtures and protects the kids with ASD.
