*Light Cooking
*No cooking of smelly foods like dried fish/Tuyo.
*No SMOKING inside the unit. Penalty shall apply.
*Lost key shall be charged P500 replacement fee.
*Conserve water and energy. Please turn off the lights and AC when you go out.
*Clean as you go, penalty shall apply
*Throw all the garbage in the garbage room near elevator
*Mattresses, beddings, and sofa bed stains has penalty
*Any Damage on the furniture and appliances will be charged to the guest. (All furnitures & Appliances are brandnew)
*No pets allowed
*You are staying at Modern Luxury Condo, please maintain our quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
