Parking:
• Commercial parking is right in front! MOA parking and Petron are just a short walk away.
Quick rules (to keep the good times rolling!):
• No smoking inside, please!
• Let's keep it tidy (Clean As You Go)!
• Cook up a storm, but use the exhaust fan!
• Quiet time starts at 10 PM – let's be respectful!
• No hanging clothes on the balcony (fines, yikes!).
• Take your leftovers with you!
• Oops! Damage or missing items? We'll need to charge you.
• Sorry, no extra guests!
• Unplug and close up when you're out!
Booking notes (easy peasy!):
• Just need a valid ID per guest!
• ₱1,000 security deposit (totally refundable if everything's A-OK, but forfeited if you cancel super last minute or no-show).
