Staycation isn’t just about booking a beautiful unit—it’s also about creating a great experience for both guests and hosts.

In this series, we’ll be sharing helpful tips, practical reminders, and insider knowledge to make every stay smoother, more enjoyable, and stress-free.

Whether you’re a first-time guest or a frequent traveler, we hope these tips help you make the most of every stay.

Episode 1: How to Be a 5-Star Guest

Hindi kailangan maging “perfect guest” para makakuha ng 5-star review. 😊

Sa Airbnb at staycation, hindi lang hosts ang nire-review guests are reviewed too. Ang magandang guest record ay makakatulong sa mas mabilis na booking approvals at mas magandang experience sa mga susunod mong stay.

Narito ang ilang simpleng paraan para maging isang 5-Star Guest:

🤝 1. Communicate Clearly

Sabihin agad ang estimated arrival time, kung may pagbabago sa booking, o kung may concern habang nasa unit. Mas madaling maresolba ang problema kapag maaga itong naipapaalam.

📋 2. Respect the House Rules

Bawat unit ay may sariling house rules. Hindi ito ginawa para higpitan ang guests, kundi para mapanatiling ligtas, malinis, at maayos ang unit para sa lahat.

🏠 3. Treat the Unit Like Your Own Home

Hindi kailangang mag-general cleaning bago umalis. Ang simpleng pagtatapon ng basura, paghuhugas ng pinagkainan, at pag-iwas sa pagsira ng gamit ay malaking tulong na.

💡 4. Save Energy

Bago mag-check out, siguraduhing naka-off ang aircon, ilaw, TV, at iba pang appliances. Maliit na effort, pero malaking tipid sa kuryente.

📱 5. Report Problems Right Away

Kung may nasira o may napansing issue sa unit, ipaalam agad sa host. Mas naa-appreciate namin ang honesty kaysa sa nalalaman lang namin pagkatapos ng check-out.

May susunod pang guests na magche-check in. Ang pag-check out sa tamang oras ay nagbibigay ng sapat na panahon para maihanda nang maayos ang unit.
