CANCELLATION OF JUNE 30 RIYADH FLIGHT

To Passengers of Flights PR5654/5655 Manila-Riyadh-Manila departing on June 30, 2021:

We regret to inform you that we have cancelled the June 30 PR5654 Manila to Riyadh and June 30 flight PR/5655 Riyadh to Manila due to a government order restricting operations to/from Riyadh airport on said date.

We apologize for the inconvenience, as we had to cancel the flight at very short notice, immediately upon receiving the notice of the restriction.

If you are a passenger of these cancelled flights, you may opt to:

1. Convert your ticket to a Travel Voucher;
2. Avail of unlimited rebooking (no rebooking fee) until December 31, 2021. If you will be completing your travel in the same booking class by June 30, 2021 (or ticket validity, whichever comes first), there will be no fare difference charge;
3. Refund your ticket without penalties.

You may request any of the options via the MyPAL Request Hub at https://bit.ly/myPALRequestHub.

Our crew and our aircraft are ready to operate more flights to and from Riyadh so we can serve the needs of our OFWs and other passengers, but our flights are always subject to changes in government restrictions and clearances. Mag ingat po kayo sa Nancy P. Laguiban na ito isa po itong Scammer. Nakakakulo ng dugo. 🤬😡 Naawa po kami kay Mam Mayjun dahil na block na cya matapos maka bayad ng Php 1,728 for two way ticket 3 pax. Huwag po tayo patol agad sa murang flight ticket dahil sa huli kayo po ay mapa mura dahil na scam na kayo. Mag ingat po tayo. Ugaliing mag back ground check sa mga Travel Agency. Mas okay na kahit personal FB ng ka chat nyo sa Page ng agency ay hingin. 🙏
