But tonight, while the kids are asleep and the house is finally quiet, I'm here with my notebook, phone and laptop open, reading, researching, and trying to understand how I can become a better business owner.

The more I learn, the more I realize how much I still don't know.

And strangely... that doesn't discourage me.

I'm not studying because I have everything figured out.
