LOOK: List of airports with LGU clearance to resume commercial flights as of 17 September 2020

As of today, 17 September, there are 30 airports in the country whose Local Government Units (LGUs) have issued orders categorically supporting the resumption* of commercial airport operations in their areas of jurisdiction.

*Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.

Philippine Airlines will be mounting special flights between Manila and Bacolod starting August 23, 2020.

The Manila to Bacolod flight will only be allowed to carry residents of Negros Occidental, Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) and Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs).

Passengers need to bring the following documents to comply with local government unit (LGU) requirements:

From Manila:
LSI: 1) Medical Certificate from a Government Doctor, and 2)Valid Government Issued ID with address in Negros Occidental/Bacolod City as proof of residency.
APOR: 1) Local counterpart in Bacolod City or Negros Occidental should have coordination with the LGU of the province of Negros Occidental or Bacolod City, 2) Valid Company ID, and 3) Certificate of employment stating the duration of work in Negros Occidental.

From Bacolod: 1) Travel Authority, 2) Medical Certificate from a Government Doctor, and 3) Barangay Clearance

Taiwan Requires Negative COVID-19 RT PCR Certificate for passengers from the Philippines

To our dear passengers,

Following the directive order of Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (CDC), effective from 26 JULY 2020, all passengers flying from the Philippines and entering Taiwan are required to follow the regulations stated below.

Likewise, starting 29 JULY 2020, apart from passengers entering Taiwan, all who will be transiting via Taipei must comply with the said regulations.

11. Proceed to your respective desks for your quarantine hotel assignment:

For land-based OFWs, proceed to the OWWA Desk for your quarantine hotel assignment. Present the same QR code and submit the OWWA Project Care Slip.

For sea-based OFWs, proceed to the MARINA Desk

For ROFs, proceed to the hotel verification desk. Hotel coordinators shall verify your hotel booking or assist you in your reservation if you have not made one yet. Please ensure that hotel verifiers have signed or stamped your Affidavit of Undertaking.

You may also arrange for your airport-hotel transfer at these desks. A sticker will be given to you indicating your choice of transportation to your quarantine hotel:

- For pre-arranged hotel transfers: red

- For Shuttles/Vans: blue

- For Metered Taxis: yellow

- For Coupon Taxis: green

12. Claim your baggage at the designated carousel and clear with Customs Check.

13. For OFWs, exit the terminal and wait for your shuttle/bus that will take you to your assigned hotel.

For ROFs, submit the Affidavit of Undertaking before exiting the terminal. Proceed to your booked hotel through your preferred mode of transportation.
