Vacation Rental Rates
Bookings terms and conditions:

Weekly Rate: Including Utility Charges + Cleaning Upon Check-out
Monthly Rate: Including Utility Charges + Weekly Cleaning Service

SECURITY BOND:
Weekly rental US$200
Monthly rental US$500

•Payable in advance prior to letting
•The security bond is FULLY REFUNDABLE on departure after property inspection.
In case of any damages these will be deducted from the Security bond

RESERVATION FEE: US$ 100
•A reservation fee is required in order to secure the bookings payable on reservation, this is deductible from rental.
•The balance for Weekly or Monthly rental must be paid 14 days before the arrival date or at the time of reservation.
•If the full payment is not received on time the booking will be treated as cancelled.
•The reservation fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking.

ARRIVAL AND KEY PICK UP:
We need notification by email or by phone of your intended arrival time so we can inform the Security. Our condo’s Manager will be at the unit on your arrival
Electricity & Water Conservation Will Be Appreciated
Smoking Is Not Permitted Inside The Condo
We Regret That Family Pets And Animals Are Not Invited Inside The Condo

RESERVATION:
We Accept Cash, Credit Card via Paypal, Bank Transfer & Western Union. On Payment We Will Forward The Reciept With Your Booking Confirmation Details.
