A newly discovered local non-pork diner in Puerto Princesa City that serves good food. Introducing Juning's Inasal, a local eating place that focuses on serving food that Muslim/Islamic faith customers will truly enjoy. We tried their "Beef Steak Tagalog" which is beef strips marinated with soy sauce and calamansi and sauteed with slices of onions. Their prices were very affordable, with good portioning per serving.

Oohlala! That's the only thing I can say after we tried the food of Sidewok, A newly opened diner nestled along the highway of Puerto Princesa, Brgy. San Pedro. Their menu is small and simple but the taste and portioning are great at a very affordable price. I personally recommend you to try their "Braised Beef" which is so tender and juicy topped on a bowl of rice. Some of our favorites are "Soy Chicken" & "Chicken Teriyaki" which are so tender and flavorful.
You can visit them at Pediapco Building, Brgy. San Pedro along the national highway Puerto Princesa City. And their page is Sidewok.
Kalye Ramen is one of our favorite eating spots in Puerto Princesa; every ramen we order gives us a smile of satisfaction that is best paired with Ebi/Shrimp Tempura. Keep it up!

A hidden gem near the university called Kape Burgis. This cafe is a great study hub for students and a workspace for digital nomads. On my visit, I tried Tocilog, Nachos, and a signature mocktail that is like a gold lace in a glass. I can say that they serve affordable and quality food that is dedicated to students and people on a budget.

Artisans whopping double patty cheeseburger in a Brioche Burger Bun topped with a Jalapeno is really a must-try, it is served with fries and coleslaw salad which complimented our burger experience. Their service crew was so attentive and courteous and the facility was clean. We will definitely go back to this place and try their other dishes.

Ilo-ilo treats in the heart of Puerto Princesa? yes, you heard me right. In the buzzing city of Puerto Princesa you will find a humble eatery called "Mita's" that serves Ilo-Ilo's comfort food that a lot of Filipinos love. On our visit, we tried their famous "Kansi" a beef stew that gives an aromatic flavor of Tanglad/Lemon grass which gives a little sour taste to the soup. Another is their "Molo" soup which resembles Chinese wanton soup but Ilo-Ilo style has a more garlicky flavor and with wanton flat noodles. And who would expect that this eatery also serves a flavorful "Kinilaw na Hipon / Shrimp Ceviche" that really made our experience spice fully great.
You can visit their page Mita's for more information.
It was a pleasant experience to discover a small eatery called Del Cusina in Puerto Princesa City. It offers great Filipino dishes that make our faces smile. The eatery is famous for its "Fresh Lumpia, " which you would want more every bite. We also enjoyed the flavor of their "Lomi Soup" which is always perfect for an afternoon snack partnered with "Lumpiang Shanghai" or "Fried Pork Rolls" which is crunchy yet juicy and meaty inside; But don't miss the traditional "Humba" that is cooked to perfection.
All the food that we ordered deserved a 5-star rating because of the consistency of taste whether we had it dined or take-out.
I can say that their prices are affordable and most of the food is good for sharing.
For more information, you can visit their page Del Cusina .
They said breakfast is one of the important meals to start your day. Here in Puerto Princesa, there is a place that serves a sumptuous Filipino breakfast, which really made our day right. Wanderlust Bed & Breakfast is a small accommodation in Puerto Princesa that offers a wide range of Filipino cuisines. Today, we were happy to try and experience their truly wonderful breakfast. Their service crew responds diligently and quickly to customers even though she handles bar preps, order taking and serving, and the front desk at the same time. My Filipino breakfast tasted according to what I expected however this was the first time I was served corn beef with vinegar on the side and surprisingly it went well with the taste and I enjoyed every bite.

They said a healthy body is the best treasure you will ever have. Today's review is about a Japanese tea drink that is rocking the Philippines which is pleasant and healthy. The Matcha Central is a small hut located on Peneyra Road, Puerto Princesa City, that promotes a traditional way of making Matcha Tea, they serve so many Matcha drinks that can be compared to the famous coffee lattes & frappes of coffee shops. She also offers "Puto with Ube Halaya" which is also amazingly good. This is best paired with a hot coffee or hot chocolate.
