Step up, showcase your creativity, and let your masterpiece speak for your talent and passion. This is your moment to shine and be seen.

WHO CAN JOIN?
βœ“ Open to all PalaweΓ±o artists
βœ“ 18 years old and above
βœ“ Previous Second Place and Third Place winners may still participate.

NOT ELIGIBLE TO JOIN:
β€’ Former First Prize winners
β€’ Organizers, judges, and PTC members
β€’ Immediate family members of organizers and judges

πŸ“Œ Only one (1) entry per artist is allowed.

GUIDELINES:
β€’ 3ft x 3ft square canvas only
β€’ Oil, acrylic, mixed media, and hand-executed artworks only
β€’ Artwork must be ready for display and fully dry upon submission
β€’ Shaped or irregular canvases are not allowed
β€’ Entries must be original and unpublished
β€’ AI-generated content is strictly prohibited
β€’ Artwork must be signed and labeled at the back only
β€’ Late, incomplete, wet, or non-compliant entries may be rejected or disqualified

πŸ“ Submit your artwork on or before June 11, 2026 at the Palawan Heritage Center, Provincial Capitol Complex, Brgy. Tanglaw, Puerto Princesa City.

REQUIREMENTS:
β€’ Official Entry Form
β€’ 2x2 ID Picture
β€’ Printed and digital photo of the artwork
β€’ Artist Statement
β€’ Proper artwork label at the back (Artist’s Name, Title of Artwork, Medium Used, and Contact Information)

Winning artworks will become property of the Provincial Government of Palawan and non-winning artworks may be claimed within 15 days after the exhibition.
