Our guests enjoyed their lunch after a wonderful morning of swimming and snorkeling! 💙🏝️

Whaleshark sightings are never 100% guaranteed because these magnificent creatures are wild, free, and non-fed. Some days, we’re lucky enough to see them and even have the incredible opportunity to swim alongside them. 🐋✨

Other days, they may choose not to appear—and that’s perfectly okay. This is what makes wildlife encounters so special and unpredictable.

At Blue Bird, we believe in responsible and ethical tourism. We never feed, bait, or lure the Whalesharks. We simply respect their natural behavior and allow nature to decide when an encounter happens.

Every sighting is a gift. Every encounter is a privilege.💙🌊

Unlike in some destinations, these gentle giants are not fed, allowing them to behave naturally in their ocean habitat. That's why every encounter is unique and never guaranteed—making it a truly ethical wildlife experience. Researchers have documented a seasonal aggregation of whale sharks in the waters off Puerto Princesa.
