📢 Visa Application Update

Since the transition to the new Visa Center, there are a few important changes all applicants need to be aware of:

1️⃣ A color copy of your passport bio page is now required.
2️⃣ Typed visa application forms only – handwritten forms will not be accepted.
3️⃣ A Letter of Authorization is now required:
• One authorizing the Embassy to conduct verification with PSA.
• If applying through Attic Tours, an additional authorization letter must be submitted to allow them to handle your application.

ATTIC TOURS can still accommodate your VISA applications.
Save your time on the date of appointment, and might have an earlier appointment date.

We are NOT accepting Japan visa application appointments via walk-in, text message, email, Viber, or Facebook Messenger.

📅 Appointment Booking Period:
Our customer service numbers will be open ONLY on March 8-9, 2025 (Saturday & Sunday), from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for appointment scheduling.

📑 Visa Requirements Submission:
Scheduled appointments will be for visa requirement submissions from March 10-14, 2025.

✅ Appointment Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation via text message, which must be presented on the day of your appointment.

‼️ Important Reminders:
• Personal appearance of the applicant is required.
• For group applications, at least one applicant from the group must be present.
• Missed appointments will be forfeited.

‼️ Additional Guidelines:

Mr. Kazuo Kakihara, Chairman, established Attic Tours Co., Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan, in 1979. He eventually opened branches in Osaka and Fukuoka as well. In the Philippines, the company operated initially through BLTB Tours, an affiliated travel agent.
