Mmmm chocolate…

Don’t you love it when the smell of chocolate fills the air? That warm, cozy feeling from cacao, one of my favorite things.

That’s part of what I’m looking forward to for the first Cacao Countryside Day near Tagaytay, Philippines. We’ll learn a little about chocolate-making, taste test of course 😊, and have fresh cocoa right there at the farm.

We’ll also get to taste delicious champorado, a Filipino chocolate rice porridge. If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s very comforting.

Let’s step out of the city for the day, get some fresh air, relax, reset, and have some fun.

I’m excited about this cacao farm visit for the first countryside day near Tagaytay, Philippines.

There’s something satisfying about seeing where local chocolate starts and trying a little chocolate-making ourselves.

We’ll have time to learn a little and enjoy each other’s company. No packed itinerary. It’ll feel good to get some fresh air outside the city and spend a few hours somewhere uplifting.

Welcome to Exhale & Explore Philippines 🌿

This page is for relaxed, nature-based small-group experiences for expats and foreigners who want to recharge, connect, and explore the Philippines in a more refreshing, personal, and local way.

The days are designed to feel hands-on, easygoing, and unrushed, with nature, culture, conversation, and a few lovely surprises along the way.

For the first experience, come out and join me for a relaxed countryside day in the Tagaytay area.

We’ll visit a cacao farm, learn about how local chocolate is made, try a bit of chocolate-making, enjoy delicious food, and share some laughs.

We’ll also take in a scenic view of Taal Volcano while spending a slower day outside the city to breathe a little and reset.
