🔑 Guest Access
• Guests will have exclusive use of the unit during their stay
• Access to condo amenities: swimming pool, fitness gym, lobby, and 24/7 front desk/security
• Building has a mall at the ground level with restaurants, shops, and conveniences.
👥 Guest Visitors
• As per building administration rules, guest visitors are only permitted in the lobby area and are not allowed inside the unit or amenities. This policy is strictly observed to maintain the safety, security, and comfort of all residents and guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 🙏
🏊 Condo Amenities
• The Swimming Pool & Gym are managed by the building administration. Registration is required and fees apply.
• Pool & Gym Payment & Registration : Payable at the condo admin office (non-refundable) and must be settled during operating hours:
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Closed on Sundays & Holidays (arrangements should be made in advance)
• Pool & Gym Fee:
Ordinary days: ₱150 per person/day
Holidays: ₱300 per person/day
Maximum: 2 guests per unit
• Pool & Gym Schedule:
Pool : 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (adult)
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (kids)
Gym : 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🧴 Linens & Toiletries
• One-time setup of linens, towels, and toiletries is provided according to the number of confirmed guests.
• Additional fees may apply for extra guests (after 2), covering utilities, towels, and toiletries.
🍳 Cooking Rules
• Only light cooking is permitted using the appliances provided in the unit.
• Always switch on the range hood/exhaust fan while cooking to prevent smoke and odors.
• Never leave cooking unattended—this is a strict safety policy. 🔥
• Frying or preparing foods with strong odors (e.g., dried fish, fermented dishes) is strictly prohibited as it may disturb other residents.
• Kindly dispose of food waste properly and clean the kitchen area immediately after use to maintain cleanliness and prevent pests.
• Ensure that all cooking appliances are turned off and unplugged after use.
🕒 Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: on or before 1:00 PM
• Early check-in/late check-out may be arranged upon request and availability
🪪 Guest Authorization & Check-in
• A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon check-in for building registration.
• All guests must be registered with the condo administration to access amenities. Please provide the complete names of all guests at the time of booking for a smooth check-in process.
• For last-minute bookings made after condo admin office hours, Guest Authorization may not be processed immediately. In such cases, our staff will personally assist you with check-in arrangements, just give them a time to travel.
🧳 Check-Out Instructions
• ⏰ Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
• 🧹 Tidy up before leaving: Please wash any used dishes and dispose of your trash properly.
• 🚮 Garbage disposal: The garbage room is conveniently located in the hallway near the fire exit.
• 🔌 Turn off all appliances, lights, and air-conditioning before you leave.
• 🔑 Return the access cards/pass. Lost keys or cards may be subject to replacement fees.
• 🪟 Close windows and lock the door when you leave for your safety and security.
• 📩 Message us once you’ve checked out so we can prepare the unit for the next guest.
🧹 Cleanliness & Care
• We value cleanliness—please treat the unit with respect and care so every guest can enjoy the same comfort. Dispose of trash properly and avoid causing any damage to furniture, appliances, or fixtures. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may be subject to additional charges.
• A cleaning fee applies before check-in.
• For privacy and security, we do not accept in-stay cleaning services.
🅿️ Parking
• Pay parking is available at the 2nd floor of Sun Residences Mall, with entrance along P. Florentino Street (first come, first served).
• Rates: ₱30 for the first 2 hours, ₱30 per additional hour, and ₱300 for overnight parking.
• Parking entry cut-off at the 2nd floor is 9:00 PM.
🅿️ Additional Parking Option
• Parking is also available at the Mega One Building, located right beside SMDC Sun Residences. This option offers cheaper rates compared to the Sun Residences Mall parking.
🚫 Prohibited
• Hanging clothes outside the window is strictly prohibited.
• No pets allowed 🐾
• No parties or loud gatherings 🎉
• Smoking or va**ng inside the unit or within the premises is not allowed. Penalty: ₱5,000
🌱 Eco-Friendly Reminder
• Help us save energy by turning off lights, appliances, and the air-conditioning when leaving the unit.
