• FIRST COME & FIRST SERVE basis for SEAT ARRANGEMENT
• Balance will be collected on the travel date.
• We are STRICT on following the ITINERARY but in some cases, it can be modified due to some factors that can hinder our tour such as WEATHER, TRAFFIC, and OTHERS.
• We have the right to cancel or reschedule the event if the desired number of participants are not met due to unforeseen weather conditions. Drawbacks due to unanticipated circumstances that are beyond the organizers control; thus, resulting to cancellation of the tour or event shall and will never be taken into the account of the organizer or coordinator.
