To all my future guest!
This is to remind you that starting on September 01, 2023, the minimum wage for staycation in Trees Residences will start at 1,800 pesos per night. This is approved by the majority of the unit owners and imposed by Trees Residences Staycation Association. Because of inflation rate rises and our past year is in lower rate, we facing difficulties to do our obligations for paying too much bills. We know that this matter to you but we assure you a better place to stay, we will provide you a good service and satisfy your stay specially your security is most important. We very appreciate your kind and understanding for this changes. Hopefully we will see you in your future booking with us!

We will expecting water interruption from today onward. We don’t know until when but we are hoping that this will not take too long. Since we are experiencing El Niño phenomenon this day, I think Maynilad is doing there best for everyone. I sincerely apologize to our guest who affected and fell inconvenience because of this situation. I am hoping for your understanding and cooperation. Thank you and enjoy staying with us!.

Swimming Pools Rehabilitation
