[IMT ANNOUNCEMENT]

Executive Order No.1-B, Series of 2022

Ayon sa ating bagong Executive Order na inilabas, ang mga biyahero na galing sa mas mataas pa sa Alert Level 2 ay tanging Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR), Emergency, Indespensable, at Essential Traveler lamang ang pinapayagang makapasok sa kondisyon na ang biyahero ay makakapag presenta ng negatibong RT PCR test na valid lamang sa loob ng tatlong (3) araw mula sa date of testing, anuman ang status ng vaccination.

Sa mga biyahero mula sa Alert Level 2 o mababa, Locally Stranded Individual (LSIs) at Returning Residents ay pinapayagang makapasok ng Catanduanes sa kundisyon na ang biyahero ay makakapag presenta ng negatibong Antigen test na valid lamang sa loob ng tatlong (3) araw mula sa date of testing, anuman ang status ng vaccination.

Ibinabalik na rin ang Letter of Exemption (LOE) sa mga National Government Agency (NGA) na palabas ng Catanduanes at kailangan parin dumaan sa Safe, Swift, and Smart Passage (S-PaSS) Travel Management System. Para makakuha ng LOE, kailangan ng Travel Order, Valid I.D., at Itinerary Travel.

The Cebu Mactan International Airport has suspended operations, while the Siargao Airport and Surigao Airport were still assessing the damage brought about by Super Typhoon Odette (Rai) to make the necessary repairs to ensure safety of operations. As such, Cebu Pacific canceled the following flights on December 18 and 19, 2021:

For Passengers bound for SINGAPORE
📌Must present a Negative RT-PCR test result taken within 48 hours prior to flight departure
📌Required to undergo PCR Test upon arrival in Singapore
📌Must observe 10-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN)
📌Must take an Antigen Rapid Test on day 3 and 7 of SHN
📌Must take a PCR Test on Day 10 of SHN
📌Effective November 1, 2021, all Work Pass holders, Student’s Pass holders, their dependents, and holders of an In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter must be fully vaccinated upon entering Singapore
📌Required to submit the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) with Electronic Health Declaration (eHDC) before arrival
