Ahhhhh I remember this is how the ber months used to feel like.

Soft, cool winds brushing against your skin. Pullovers. Thick blankets. Hot chocolate. Long nights. A good book. Guitar sessions with the barkada. Once-a-day ligo—or kung walang gala, baka no ligo na rin, lol.

I like to think of January as an extension of December—a gentle transition into the new year.

A time to pause,
to breathe in all the good memories from the holidays,

and to breathe out the things that no longer serve you, letting them carry themselves into the wind.

If you happen to spend a night or two in our place, I hope you find a little solace from the cold in our shower setup.

Light the lamp.
Let the faint scent of eucalyptus fill your senses as the trickle of warm water envelopes you.
You may also choose to light those tiny candles and linger in the moment.
Maybe you can play your playlist too?

I hope this simple ritual allows your body to just feel. I hope it cradles you back to that familiar ber-month magic~

Favorite talaga namin ang guests na nagbibigay ng heartfelt review. Kakilig! Pero extra kilig pag we made their stay comfortable or even memorable.

Kung ire-rate ko itong guests na ito, 5 stars agad! Mabilis kausap, chineck ang place bago mag-down para ma-assure ang sarili, laging nag-uupdate, malinis at maalaga sa lugar, bumabati pa ng Happy New Year!!! Favoriiiite! Pag bumalik sila matic discount rin haha

As we sit in quiet anticipation of the coming year, the house hums with that same hopeful energy.

It waits with this contained joy, wondering what stories will it witness. It was like waiting for your favorite cousins to come over for the holidays 😄

We made the holiday setup a little festive than usual for our guests. Our little way of relaying our gratitude for spending precious moments with us.

It was September 2024 when we hosted our FIRST ever guest.

We are more than a year old. We may now have learned to walk, but there remains much much room for growth and exploration.

With a grateful heart, we're stepping into a new chapter.
