GUIDELINES:

🧺 Clean as you go (500 pesos fee if the room is in unreasonable mess upon turnover)

🧹 Rooms undergo strict sanitation and thorough cleaning.

💵 50% reservation fee/night (NON-REFUNDABLE)

🚙 Pay parking is available (P200/22hrs)

📌 STRICTLY NO REBOOKING and/or CANCELLATION of BOOKING. Demand for the availability of the unit is high.
