Day 1 – Nov 4, Tuesday

Day 2 – Nov 5, Wednesday
Morning visit to the Elephant Show, where you’ll see elephants display their skills and interact with caretakers. Continue to the Long Neck Karen Village to experience their unique culture and traditions. Stop at Dantewadee Café for refreshments.
In the evening, immerse yourself in the highlight of the tour — the Loy Krathong Festival. Witness candlelit water lanterns floating on the river, a magical and symbolic celebration of renewal.

Holiday Planners is honored to join PTAA Konek in Zamboanga, celebrating culture, partnerships, and new opportunities with fellow travel leaders! 🌍🤝🌅

The Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA) held its 6th PTAA Konek at L’ Meridian Suites, Zamboanga City, bringing 36 members on a familiarization trip to showcase the city’s culture and attractions. The initiative was supported by DOT Undersecretary Myra Abubakar and organized in coordination with City Tourism Officer Sarita Sebastian-Hernandez, whose teams helped showcase the city’s hospitality and partnership-readiness. The event highlighted Zamboanga as a safe and beautiful destination despite long-held negative impressions, while strengthening connections among travel stakeholders.

Previously staged in Manila, Puerto Princesa, Iloilo, Bulacan, and Cebu, PTAA Konek reflects the association’s commitment to inclusivity and nationwide collaboration.
