20 years of progress. A new name for our Next Chapter.

We proudly celebrated 20 years of MBPS in the Philippines, a milestone made possible by our colleagues who have helped shape our journey over the past two decades.

During this special celebration, we unveiled our new name: Manulife Global Solutions or MGS. This new name reflects our evolution. From a strong foundation in business processing and service delivery, we have grown into a global solutions partner: helping teams across Manulife solve problems, improve how work gets done, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

The celebration honored the legacy of MBPS, recognized our pioneers, and marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Most importantly, it reminded us that MGS is a name built by our people.
