Ang Bulacan Police Provincial Office sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni PCOL JAY B BAYBAYAN, Officer-in-Charge, ay patuloy na nangunguna sa iba't ibang larangan ng police operations, kabilang ang kampanya kontra ilegal na droga, pag-aresto sa mga wanted person, operasyon laban sa loose fi****ms, at pagsugpo sa smuggling.

Muling pinatunayan ng Bulacan PPO ang kahusayan at dedikasyon nito sa pagpapatupad ng batas matapos makamit ang Rank No. 1 sa PPOs/CPOs Accomplishment Report para sa buwan ng Mayo 2026, na may kabuuang 87.22% overall rating.

Ang tagumpay na ito ay bunga ng sama-samang pagsisikap, disiplina, at walang sawang paglilingkod ng bawat miyembro ng Bulacan PPO, katuwang ang mga komunidad at iba pang stakeholder. Nananatiling matatag ang aming pangako na maghatid ng de-kalidad na serbisyo, mapanatili ang kapayapaan at kaayusan, at higit pang paigtingin ang mga programang naglalayong protektahan ang mamamayan ng Bulacan. Serbisyong may integridad, malasakit, at kahusayan — Bulacan PPO, nangunguna sa paglilingkod.

The Philippine National Police today marked the donning of rank of Police General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr. as a four-star general, a milestone that underscores the confidence and trust reposed in his leadership as the 32nd Chief of the PNP.

This conferment reaffirms Chief PNP’s steady direction in advancing the PNP Focused Agenda anchored on effective resource management, enhanced police operations, integrity monitoring, personnel morale and welfare, and strengthened community partnerships.

Under his leadership, the PNP stands firm in its commitment to lawful, accountable, and people-centered policing, in faithful service of peace, public safety, and the rule of law.
