MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY #1 January 2025 (see stats below) I was at 100kg+ ‼️ This month is the official start ng weight loss journey. I started going back to hiking, badminton and explore running era. Adjustment period and sobrang hirap. Kakatapos lang ng New Year and syempre kasama sa resolution ang mag papayat.

First picture, Jan 2 kakatapos lang ng first day ng year. Nagwalking kami ni misis and decided to capture or video ung body namin. Grabe sobrang laki ko na pala dito, etong time na to kala ko hindi ako sobrang laki and feeling payat pa din lol 😂

Kabi kabilaan pa din ung kain dahil sa mga events and syempre lamon kung lamon haha 🤣 kasi iniisip ko kay February talagang diet na!

Sobrang busy ng schedule but we managed to hiked two mountains this month!!
