PARAÑAQUE CITY, 17 August 2026 – The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public that consular operations in OCA-Aseana, DoubleDragon Releasing Units, and Consular Offices (COs) NCR North, NCR South, NCR Northeast, NCR West, Malolos, and Pampanga will be suspended at 1:00PM on Monday, 17 August 2026, due to continuous heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon, and pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 127, series of 2026 issued by the Office of the President.
