- Using of Booking system to secure Holidays
- Collecting and processing of payments
- Advising clients on Travel arrangements e.g Visa, Passports
- Sending out tickets to the client
- Keeping clients up to date with any changes
- Dealing with queries, re-bookings or refunds
- Update the FB page for more offers from time to time
