UPDATE: The DFA now accepts Airman License (issued from August 2016 onwards) as a valid ID for passport applications. https://dfa.gov.ph/100-passport-information/141-list-of-acceptable-ids-at-least-1-of-the-following

We still do not accept the following IDs and documents: Postal ID, TIN, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, Barangay ID, Police Clearance, Barangay Clearance, SSS E-1 Form, LTO Driver's License receipt, paper-format Student Driver's Permit, IBP ID, and company ID.
