TRADITIONAL TRAVEL AGENCY IN COMPARISON TO ONLINE BOOKINGS‼️

Been assisting and accommodating lots of rebookings and inquiries from our own clients but mostly from other clients who booked online.

In times of CRISIS or EMERGENCIES or unexpected bad situation during travel, the traditional TRAVEL AGENCY STANDS OUT because we know what to do or advice to the client on how they can go back to their home town or country such as rerouting, rebooking etc.

Sad truth that ONLINE BOOKINGS cannot help them on what to do specially on panic mode but TRAVEL AGENCY can guide and work for them with ease because of our technical know how. We make our clients worry or stress free. We work beyond office hour. We comfort them on their panic mode because they cannot rebook or purchase ticket (due to technical problem on credit card payment, no available slot, internet connections etc.) and most of all they have SOMEONE TO TALK TO and WE HAVE PERSONAL TOUCH.

We do not know what will happen to us around the world while we are travelling. HUMAN TOUCH still the best.

We are in the process of completing cancellations for March 15-April 14 flights in our system. Once done, it will enable our passengers to manage their bookings online to avail of either a full refund, rebooking with waived change fees or booking conversion to Travel Fund. Please bear with us.

Notifications will immediately be sent to affected passengers via email addresses provided to us upon booking.

Bookings can be managed online, so passengers need not go to the ticket offices.

We are awaiting official advise from our government regulators. We will provide updates as soon possible.

In the meantime, should you wish to forego travel, you may opt to take any of the following options:

1. Free Rebooking - Change fee is waived. Fare difference may apply.
2. Travel Fund - Put the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund. The Travel Fund can be redeemed within 180 days and can be used for bookings as far as 12 months out

Free rebooking for passengers booking flights and traveling from March 10-31, 2020

Cebu Pacific flights continue to operate as scheduled. However, we understand the concerns and hesitation passengers have with regards to air travel. Hence, we are offering free rebooking for all our passengers to give them the flexibility to adjust their flights.

1. Passengers booked for Philippine and international travel from March 10 to 31, 2020 can rebook their flights for free. Fare difference may apply. They may rebook their flights through the following:
a. By calling the hotline at +632-8702-0888 [7am-10pm (PH local time), daily]. Visit http://bit.ly/CEBcontactus for our other contact centers
b. Through the “Manage Booking” portal in the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight). This option will be available starting March 11 (Wednesday)

2. Passengers booking new flights between March 10 and 31, 2020 (regardless of travel date and route) can avail CEB Flexi for free. CEB Flexi enables travelers to rebook their flights up to two times, and up to (2) hours before departure. Fare difference may apply. Simply select the “CEB Flexi” add-on. They may use CEB Flexi to rebook their flights through the “Manage Booking” portal in the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight).

While there are some restrictions in place, in general, travelling remains largely safe, as long as preventive measures are done habitually and travelers stay updated on factual information.

Cebu Pacific has always been committed to upholding the safety of all our passengers and personnel. Preventive measures are in place to manage the risk of infection from the Corona Virus Disease 2019. These measures include thorough disinfection of aircraft, on top of the regular cleaning; providing our crew with Personnel Protective Equipment such as face masks, gloves and disinfectants; restriction on transferring of seats during our flights; and use of HEPA air filters, that block 99.99% of contaminants and viruses.

We hope this provides a measure of confidence as passengers consider their travel plans. We will continue to monitor the situation with regards to COVID-19, and provide updates as necessary.
