📢 Transparency & Commitment to Our Guests

At SOHO 841 Suites QC, we believe in honesty, fairness, and providing the best possible experience for every guest.

Recently, we received a review that raised concerns regarding pool access, holiday rates, and check-in arrangements. While we respect every guest’s opinion, we would also like to share the facts for transparency.

✅ The guest was informed in advance that the following day was a holiday and that pool rates would be higher. We specifically advised them to use their pool tickets on the same day to avoid the holiday surcharge.

✅ Although the pool tickets had already been processed and arranged on their behalf, we still provided a full refund for all unused pool tickets, even though the charges were imposed by the building administration and not by us.

✅ Due to a slight delay in check-in, we extended the guest’s checkout time until 1:00 PM at no additional cost to help compensate for the inconvenience.

✅ Throughout the stay, we remained responsive and personally assisted with concerns, requests, and arrangements.

As a host, I personally handle guest concerns, building coordination, pool ticket processing, check-in assistance, and refunds when necessary. Whenever issues arise, I always do my best to find a fair solution rather than leave a guest dissatisfied.

We have documented conversations, refund records, and communications supporting the actions we took during this reservation, which have already been submitted to Airbnb for review.
